We can custom make floor mats for antique, classic, high performance, unique and special order vehicles using patterns that you send us. Note: once custom production has begun, Special Orders cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you know exactly what you're ordering. Please contact us should you have any questions. |

Touring, Grand Touring and Luxury. The carpets used for each grade of our floor mats is custom loomed to our specifications, dyed in a vast assortment of available colorfast hues and then bonded with a special rubber nib backing for incredible quality and outstanding durability. |

Grand Touring" Luxury Tufted Nylon Carpet:
A plush carpeted mat constructed of densely woven 28oz face weight tufted nylon yarn with matching binding. Available in 9 colors, this mat is an upgrade from the "Touring" line and is suited for most custom applications as well as for complimenting the interior of any new vehicle.
Touring" Plush Tufted Nylon Carpet:
A plush carpeted mat constructed of densely woven 22oz face weight tufted nylon yarn with matching binding. Available in 18 popular colors, it features a high luster look that can be cleaned with soap and water for lasting beauty. |

What is your Warranty and Return Policy? |

We custom make each set of floor mats upon the receipt of your order. Our floor mats are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. All orders are individually inspected prior to shipment for accuracy and quality assurance. If you receive defective merchandise, we will take corrective action as long as you adhere to a few simple steps:
1) Immediately notify us of the issue. This must be done within 5 business days of your receipt of the order.
2) If the item is defective due to a manufacturer's defect, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without the issue of this number.
3) Upon the receipt of your return, we will correct the defect and / or send you a replacement.
4) We do not warrant for wear from use or abuse.
We incorporate the highest quality materials and craftsmanship into all of our products. With proper usage and care, your floor mats will last you a very long time! Since these items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds. |
